So my workout today with Hollywood trainer was this, did I finish it? Almost! It was challenging but rewarding!

-Stair Climbing for 5 Minutes at an
Intensity of 3
-Romanian Dead Lift One Leg with
Bodyweight
-Squats using Bodyweight
-Reverse Grip Push Ups
-Spiderman Crawl
-Bent Over One Arm Row with Water
Bottle
-Jumping Rope for 2 Minutes at an
Intensity of 5
-Push Ups with Hip Extensions
-Leg Raises (Legs Bent)
-Lateral Raise using Water Bottles
with Feet Staggered
-Single Hand to Knee Abdominal
Crunch
-Push Ups with Front Raises
-Dips on Chair with Legs Bent and a
Towel Between Your Knees
-Reverse Kickback
-Plies with Bodyweight
-Bicycles
